About Me
Software Experience
I’m a full-stack software engineer with 4+ years experience using JavaScript and other related technologies (such as React, Express, and Node) as well as sql and nosql databases. I’m passionate about finding creative solutions to problems, as well as creating dynamic, intuitive, and attractive interfaces. I love being in a growth-centric field, both as a student and a teacher, which was one of the big draws towards me becoming an engineer.
Design
I worked for several years as a graphic designer and artist. This experience has helped me be a better front end engineer, and aids in my ability to work and communicate with designers to create appealing websites and projects.
Other Work History
My experience in a teaching position, as well as previously working as a Registered Nurse, gives me a wide breadth of perspective in not only leadership positions, but also provides a solid foundation for teamwork and cooperation. I’m excited to progress as a software engineer and continue to develop creative and appealing products.
